Ways To Whiten Your Teeth

• Good oral hygiene
I know most of us know that this is important but I
need to re-emphasize it because it is a must-do if you
are to achieve whitening your teeth. Brush your teeth
twice daily and keep away from sugary foods.
Brushing and flossing play a huge (the hugest) role in
keeping teeth clean and white. Make sure you rinse
with water after eating.

I know it sounds ridiculous but when you look at my
explanations above you will understand the
importance. Foods that stick tends to produce acid
that destroys our enamel. Try and eat an apple a day,
they are known to have malic acid which is an
ingredient for teeth whiteners. Vegetables such as
cucumber and carrot helps to keep the stains away
from our teeth.

They do not only whiten the teeth they also clean it
very well. Just make a paste out of it by adding water
and some salt. You can then brush your teeth like you
normally do. Make sure you rinse your teeth
immediately because the baking powder is acidic. You
can also add lemon juice to the mixture.

• Use of Hydrogen Peroxide
You will be wondering why I mentioned this since am
only talking about natural methods. Most people have
H2O2 readily at home because of its versatility. Just
rinse your mouth with equal proportion of it and
water and don’t worry: it has been declared safe to
use as a teeth whitener.

• Strawberry
Strawberries are high in Vitamin C, which can help
break-down plaque that is causing your teeth to look
yellow. It also has the enzyme called malic acid , which
may help to remove surface stains just like in apples.

your teeth, rinse thoroughly immediately you are
